Operations Manager required to effectively manage the Ops centre, delivering Sla`s and achieving key performance indicators. Candidates must hold both strong technical understandings but also a strong understanding of supply chain and the business within. You will be working with all areas of the business so you must have excellent communication skills coupled with leadership competence to change processes, driving continuous improvement through the services. You will be responsible for all recruitment, development and training for the ops centre staff of approximately 30 people and will be expected to negotiate with both internal and external customers and stakeholders.
